Developed the company name, identity & brand standards, and go-t0-market launch strategy. The result was a company persona that garnered industry respect and helped create pride within the team.

Developed and executed on a social media plan that resulted in exceeding our social media goals, established communication with new amputees and practitioners. This plan also included extensive A/B testing to help us determine the best messaging and imagery to connect with our target market. I also created a viral social media contest program as a multiplier to create awareness for our solution.

I was integral to the formulation of the overall company strategy as well as product development/launch strategy and marketing strategy. I implemented an OKR methodology to aid in the execution of department & company strategies as well as implemented internal project management systems that enhanced team collaboration.
